Hi,
I have setup netTV5 HD device.
netTV5HD->Wifi Router (1)
iPad->Wifi Router (2), I wil get "Fail to download IR Remote Profile"
iPad->Wifi Router (1), it works ok.
phone not using wifi, but phone internet, I will get "Fail to download IR Remote Profile"
NB at my brother house, He is unable to login.
A few days ago, I have tested all above case it all work. May you please let me know why?

Hi
Additional information, when i use the lookup function to search the IP address, it will get different IP than previously.
Do you know why? I think this maybe the issue.
